This guy knows his stuff
I highly recommend Steve at Ott Physio. He uses a whole body approach and works with his patients to find the cause of injuries, rather than just treating the surface symptoms. I've found him to be knowledgeable and compassionate, and he has been dedicated to properly healing my injuries so I can return to the activities I love. He also throws in a few laughs along the way which is always appreciated!
Steve has treated me for knee and shoulder troubles. His hands on approach to treatments have been incredibly effective, and I leave every appointment with significant improvements in my mobility and pain levels. Steve provides a clear rehabilitation plan ensuring that I am always working on getting back to full health as quickly as possible. After attending many different physios in both Sydney and on the central coast I can say with confidence that Steve and Kirsten are the best in the business.
Steve has helped me and my husband multiple times. He is warm and welcoming, so knowledgeable and genuinely wants to leave you feeling better after your session, releasing pain and tension so effortlessly. If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment, do yourself a favour and book it!
