I just got a mattress from Otsukas on 12/26 I had a neck pain from my old mattress . So that nite i sleep with my new mattress n the next morning my neckpain was gone. It very comfortable. I really love this mattress.
Very good experience.. purchased a recliner and while waiting purchased a sofa and two side chairs...we waited patiently for our ordered recliner only to find it damaged as it was delivered.Rose worked with us for a comparable piece in stock and couldn't have been a better experience... very happy..Tony & Carole
