First time dealing with them. So could be a fluke. Got a load going 1166 miles paid only 2100 . Load value around 100k refer load. So rate is no good . Then trackers call 3 times first day 2 more times second day . Then I have tracking on the truck with them and they still called and texted me while I’m parked at the shipper requesting ETA ! surprise no one here .
