Carmen Verhosek and Pamela Urwin worked together to prepare my DNR, a Trust and Will for me. Verhosek was excellent - she listened to my questions and converted legalese into answers I could readily understand. My experience with this place from the start has been horrible. The secretary, Stacy Grapes who answered the phone when I called was rude and uncompassionate. From the first time I called it sounded as if I was bothering her and my request was a big inconvenience. It took me calling multiple times and sending emails for follow-up before anyone got back to me. Then when something was scheduled it was pushed very far out. I worked with Carmen Scott (Verhosek) to handle the estate planning for my father. She cleared her schedule to assist us, because my dad is sick and we needed to handle everything quickly. She was prepared, gave us sound advice and quickly prepared our documents. Working with her took a huge weight off of our shoulders.
