Do not waste your money on the swimming ear molds. Mine leak, even after having a second impression made. A refund isn't possible so I am stuck with a product that I can't use.
I have swim/shower earplugs, and concert earplugs custom made here years ago and they have been great.
I have been using Oto Hearing since I started my clinic back in 2009. The staff have always been kind and helpful . If there have ever been any problems I am grateful that they always find a solution to the problem. My clients are happy and that is why I continue to use them. I appreciate everything they do. I also appreciate the extra support they provide when I have to rely on their expertise. Thank you Oto staff!
If your looking for actual Help and care this is what I was given here, my Elderly Father needed help with his hearing aid even thou it's not what they specialize in but they went above n beyond to help my Father ,unlike the Hearing aid place I went they wouldn't help because he wasn't a patient avoid that place Newton on 72 across from the royal bank by flower shop No Help no respect will never get our Buisness the 50 something year old woman was rude avoid.
