I am writing as I recently had a long battle to discover my sons needs and underlying diagnosis of auditory and sensory processing disorders which had effected his education. I had an amazing family centred experience with Charlotte Flack of OT kids who professionally assessed my son producing a comprehensive report leading to his EHC being accurate to support him holistically on returning to education in a suitable setting.

I can’t thank Charlotte enough for all her support and hard work throughout the years. She is the most caring, kind and passionate person we have ever come across, she is so knowledgeable and very dedicated. Her help and support has meant the world to us and thanks to her we have watched our daughter progress and achieve so much. Charlotte came to assess my 3-year-old boy as part of a larger autism assessment. She was absolutely amazing with him, especially when he wasn’t wanting to take part. She explained everything to us during the assessment process and gave us a much better understanding of my son’s difficulties, what he needs and how best to help him. We were so impressed with Charlotte that we have asked her to provide some in-nursery therapy sessions for him. I cannot recommend her enough!
