It has been a few years and I do not know if Richard "Rick" Otis is still with the company. Be that as it may, their lack of oversight left me with substantial obligations to the IRS that cost me plenty of time, money, and aggravation to set right with another CPA. Worst of all, when they knew they were in the wrong, they cut all communication and did absolutely nothing to set matters right. I definitely would not recommend this company.
