Absolutely amazing products. We had a mattress in the family for over 20 years before we decided on getting another one. Customer service is top notch. Call ahead and talk to them on the phone. They're happy to help with whatever you may need.
I love my Otis futon- extra firm. Just love it. The best night’s sleep always. My first Otis futon lasted almost 15 years (before the me-shaped depression became pronounced) and my new one (nearly 5 years old now) is just fabulous.
