Denny Otillio is a life-saver! He's been doing the taxes for our non-profit business for years. We would have been lost without the services of his firm. Knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and considerate. His firm makes tax time as pleasant as it could possibly be!
Never use Denny Otillio tax service in Covington. We paid him $300 in April to file an amended return, which he claims to have finally finished and mailed in August. Why the delay? Because he "just didn't get around to it." Now, near the end of September, the IRS has still not received the returns and Denny cannot even show any proof that he actually sent them. He refuses to refund our money, even though his delay has cost us additional interest and penalties. Extremely unprofessional conduct and dismal customer service.
