Came in here to open an account and spoke to the lady. Who helps you open an account? And she was just horribly awfully rude. Pretty much kept showing me away saying, take the brochure and just leave. I'm tired of answering questions. I was simply asking about late charges that they have, and they are pretty ridiculous. And I think that it was frustrating her, because I was pointing out how high certain charges are for no reason.

This morning I went to get money to pay rent. I left humiliated. As long as I've been with OFCU I've never had to prove who I was before I could get my money. Unfortunately I went to teller Stefani who was doing a little racial profiling of her own. After I gave her my bank card information, she immediately asks me what is my mother's maiden name.
