My granddaughter went to try to open a savings an because she got nervous an couldnt find her ID then she found it went back inside to continue doing her papers to open the savimgs the lady told her well.i.dont want to do it now so instead of being understanding she just had that attitude an thats how you lose a new customer
I am a credit union member at WSECU in Washington state, long story short, I was charged service fee.
Happy to see they finally added these features like tap to pay on the cards if you lost your card after a certain time they say you can't get another one when I went to the Roswell branch they told me that I can't get the upgrade tbh I think they shouldn't restrict the amount of debit cards u can get there very stingy with there cards sometiming needs to be done especially if I can't get it especially if I have the $5 or $10 to pay it's getting outta hand order new cards yes the tap is faster
Excellent banking services. Excellent customer service. We had a few scammer risks and they caught them quickly and fixed them! Nothing made it through.
