Ive had a loan here for 1 year and 3 months. The issue I have is that I found out the dealer I bought the truck from uses OFCU as one of their loan companies. Second my credit score at the time was mid 700 and the lowest rate was who knows because this is supposedly the only loan company to do the loan. Which I find. Dry strange because o have had leases with *************, and other loans at much lower interests like below 5% which my current loans is almost 8%. Predatory Loans. I've had a loan with OFCU for about 10 years now and have always been good on making payments - always paying more than it asked for and almost always making the payments on or before the due date with very few and far between missteps in this. I've tried multiple times to seek a lower interest rate (it's still stuck at the original highest end rate, even after 10 years) but have struggled (save for a few times) to pay off the entire loan all at once due to this rate. I've been banking at OFCU for about 30 years, Sunday morning I tried to set up transferring Xmas money to my kids & grand kids thru OFCU popmoney program. After setting up 5 transfers the program locked me out and told me to call 434-8500 before 7PM Monday. I called at 0905L and was finally put thru to their call center, they said they would fix the problem.
