Hopefully someone important sees this review. Amber Ross in the Accessors office is so rude and not helpful at all. You can tell she doesn't like her job or people. I'm pretty sure I am not the only complaint she has ever had. She is too comfortable with being rude and treating us tax payers like we are below her. Doesn't she work for the tax payer? She is the only one I have encountered in the Acessors office that is rude and not helpful at all.
Phoned all day assessor office, clerk office, administration, no one answers the phone...transferring to attendent, disconnect...horrible they don't work.
