Oteen VA Federal Credit Union has been a staple of the community since 1936. We strive to provide excellent service to our members and treat everyone like family. Our credit union was established by the VA Hospital and over the years we have grown our branch to include members of the American Legion, the VFW, AMVETS Posts, as well as many others. Our office is located on the campus and has two locations for ATM machines (at our branch and as well as inside the VA Hospital) for your convenience.

I love my credit union! I feel so lucky to not only be a member, but to be able to serve our members as the current Vice President. I say this with all sincerity, I have never loved a job as much as I do this one and it's because of two things: 1. We have an incredible staff that works together and supports one another wholeheartedly, and 2. Our members!!! Without you, we wouldn't be here. I am not special because our family had significant property losses, but because we are part of a community that weathered unimaginable loss during the hurricane. They act like they want to help Veterans but they only take advantage. I lost my bank card and had to order a new one. When it wasn't there after 21 days and 3 trips to the bank I became upset. That is how I pay my bills. I am a 12 year member and happy to be leaving. Thanks for nothing.
This establishment is very professional. You are always treated important and served well. They are willing to help with all of your needs and questions. The location is a bit tricky if you don't know where it is. But finding it is not hard. One thing I love about this bank is the low monthly charges for maitaining your account. Also, the online banking available services.
Have been with them for at least 30 years. Always willing to work with you and Shannon is the go to person for me. Need anything go to this credit union.
