Dealt with one lady named Kelly Casey, not professional, lack of communication. Apparently she can send off letters for you. She can thank you for all the information you give her regarding the case. She'll even ask you what you would like to do about the case and you tell her. And she doesn't tell you at the time that she can't do it or take the case.
