Tried to up sell me brakes instead of making the small adjustments. Told me he wouldnt be able to find me an ebike brake set up with brake light wires integrated into it. The original break set online at the manufacturers was cheaper and available. Went outside to see the bike for a little bit several times. Definitely looks like he knows what he is talking about when inspecting and throwing around fancy terms. I came to get my back tire tube replaced. Said he was swamped and couldnt fit me in. This was my first time ever visiting a bike shop, and I have to say, they did an excellent job servicing my bicycle with new V-brake pads. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them—10/10!
