Tried to up sell me brakes instead of making the small adjustments. Told me he wouldnt be able to find me an ebike brake set up with brake light wires integrated into it. The original break set online at the manufacturers was cheaper and available. Went outside to see the bike for a little bit several times. This was my first time ever visiting a bike shop, and I have to say, they did an excellent job servicing my bicycle with new V-brake pads. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them—10/10!
