excellent service, very professional staff, the therapists do very good job!
Very friendly staff, great therapists. I feel like the therapists have developed a great relationship with my daughter who is severely speech delayed and autistic. Almost always have found a way to make up sessions same day or same week when a therapist is out sick. I have been very happy here.
Completely awful and unprofessional. I spent hours filling out their hour long intake form over the internet. Who wants to put all that personal information over the internet. No one called me back. I tried consulting with them over the phone, and to no avail either. Not everyone is comforting putting sensitive information about their kids online. It didn't work anyways. And they wouldn't talk to me if they could help me or not. Completely unprofessional! Don't go.
