I worked here for about a year. Back ground check was not done until about 2-3 weeks after I started work. I was never taught CPR or sent to a class for that. I was thrown into a room with no knowledge or training with kids with autism and its truly concerning that they can just truly hire anyone to work with the kids there. Also the front doors that are not locked during the day what so ever, and an office that cant see the doors which made me always worry about some one coming in armed with a weapon.
