Megan skilfully navigated discussions with my parents to address the main underlying need and was able to gently explain how the system works (since OT dynamics were engaged via a Support at Home package which has its own rules) to get key limitations across kindly but firmly whilst emphasising what's possible. We see Libby for speech and my 3 year old son absolutely adores her. She is amazing at what she does and has helped my son tremendously. She goes above and beyond with him and we can not fault her. We have had a couple of speechies and we are blown away with how much of an impression she has left on our 3 year old. Our currently nonverbal son has started to say “UP” while pointing up and use words like bubble & car and has also expanded his play with imaginative play. We can’t thank Libby enough.

My son's therapist was fantastic, but this business is let down by its billing system and I had my last 2 sessions refused by ndis, which left me out of pocket over 500 dollars. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
We welcomed these OT ladies into our home. They were so friendly and helpful. We have a great ramp which is making our life so much better. Well done ladies and workman.
