It’s 7:07 and Body Pump is already fully booked after just 7 minutes of booking being open ,which is ridiculous!. Since Sarah left, the class selection has gone downhill and getting into any class now depends purely on luck.During holidays and December there were barely any classes at all, full fees were still charged. A number of instructors have left so they no longer offer early morning classes and no classes at all on a Saturday. If you like attending classes and work full time this place is not much good for you unless you can make early evening classes. Swimming pool is really cold. The gym is not bad.
Terrible customer service to members.
