Hardly any staff on site, the mangers are so rude along with Gina. I still can’t believed they transferred her and had her fire my grandmother, it was definitely targeted. The owners of this chain of retirement communities are truly a disgusting corporate owned business only seeking money and not in best interest of the elderly. They need to be looked into and while we don’t have the time to do bring them to all the legal woes, we know someone will eventually.

The Executive Director, Business Manager, Cooks and more clean out the Petty Cash, Food ,Supplies, Decor, designed for the Residents Programs and line their pockets with it. The amount of theft there by Staff is unbelievable. They rent to VIOLENT and unsafe residents. I was ATTACKED my arm seriously injured. My reports of this Violent Unsafe Residents went ignored. My injury, ignored. I reported Harassment. Ignored. It's "a great day at Lake Oswego Bonadventure""..

What a wonderful wonderful place! The building and property are clean and cheerful… the rooms were bright and comfortable… from the moment I arrived the staff was warm, inviting, and friendly! The receptionist was great… The tour with Jeania and Kiersten was thorough…and made me feel at ease! It was such great experience.. I wrote a deposit check on the spot knowing Jeania would be working to help me get my brother placed in a room that fits his needs and helping us pick the right plan for our needs!

ZERO STARS, Management staff are rude and turnover there is weekly. They only have one maybe 2 caregivers per shift, so residents are yelling for help for hours on end with no help. They have had a recent Resident taken to the hospital for bedsores. We are making a formal complaint as well. Response to Owner- No thank you. You do not take them seriously and terminate staff for speaking out. The way I have seen staff treated by the new manager Gina or Jena, whatever her name is, is sad. I feel so bad for the vulnerable residents here. The one star I gave was for them. I can tell you the workers don't wash hands often and don't use gloves in the kitchen while cutting and preparing fresh fruit, desserts and other food items. Several of the residents have complained of "not feeling well" after eating. Management staff are cruel and disrespectful behind closed doors. They use strong-arm methods, instead of healthy communication towards their employees. They asked a new employee on her third day to sign notarize... read more
