I read the reviews but decided to trust my placement professional to find me a good place for respite care after falling and breaking my knee. I was immediately surprised at the building architecture and surroundings and upon entering my room, I was greeted by sunlight,clean, fresh, and a great room, kitchenette and bedroom, large roll in shower and bathroom. Horrible example of management. Executive Director will scream about how its her building and you shall do as she says but will fire someone because she has no backbone and is bffs with reception. The drama and toxicity is absurd, management will point fingers saying everyone is toxic while keeping the two most toxic people. Employee turnover is HUGE for this reason. Hardly any staff on site, the mangers are so rude along with Gina. I still can’t believed they transferred her and had her fire my grandmother, it was definitely targeted. The owners of this chain of retirement communities are truly a disgusting corporate owned business only seeking money and not in best interest of the elderly. They need to be looked into and while we don’t have the time to do bring them to all the legal woes, we know someone will eventually.
The Executive Director, Business Manager, Cooks and more clean out the Petty Cash, Food ,Supplies, Decor, designed for the Residents Programs and line their pockets with it. The amount of theft there by Staff is unbelievable. They rent to VIOLENT and unsafe residents. I was ATTACKED my arm seriously injured. My reports of this Violent Unsafe Residents went ignored. My injury, ignored. I reported Harassment. Ignored. It's "a great day at Lake Oswego Bonadventure""..
What a wonderful wonderful place! The building and property are clean and cheerful… the rooms were bright and comfortable… from the moment I arrived the staff was warm, inviting, and friendly! The receptionist was great… The tour with Jeania and Kiersten was thorough…and made me feel at ease! It was such great experience.. I wrote a deposit check on the spot knowing Jeania would be working to help me get my brother placed in a room that fits his needs and helping us pick the right plan for our needs!
