This past Sunday Bill and Chris (?) responded to a call for my daughter who had a seizure. They were wonderful! She also lives with Autism, making situations a bit trickier than normal. Despite her lack of understanding at times, Bill hung in there and explained everything he was doing or needed to do and why. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during this upsetting time. Thank you!!
