Eva the psychologist is the worst she got my surgery denied and im very upset. She isn't professional at all. U don't answer things to her satisfaction then she wants to make things difficult for you. I know what is best for me better than she does she is an awful psychologist she needs to be sued and her license needs to be revoked. I was referred to another bariatric program that is.much better praise God.

This whole barriatric clinic conversations are so generic. The receptionists are really JUST schedulers. Nobody even the clinicians at the barriatric clinic can answer any questions about anything initially asked. Thus, why would anybody even schedule a consultation if they can't initially answer any initial questions about their own program. Headed to Cleveland Clinic now.

Their psychologist Eva Panigrahi was one of the worst psychologists i’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting and i’ve met quite a lot. Eva insisted my records saying I was in an IOP program and spoke to her honestly that I had never been in one and maybe have been a mistake or mistype, to which she continues to ask how that could be over and over until I finally get upset and say I have no reason to lie, call the office. In my notes she writes that “patient is irritable”. She spoke down to me the whole time, and genuinely ju... read more

I had my surgery June of 2023. The process to get there was about a year long. For those reviews that have issues with the time it takes to go thru the process that is usually dictated by your insurance company. I did appreciate the time because this is not something to be taken lightly. I also appreciated the thoroughness of making sure everything was ok and the guidance to make this life altering transition attainable. Can't say this enough, do not go into this thinking the surgery "fixes" your eating problems. They suppor... read more

I had a vertical sleeve procedure in 2015. I cannot express enough how the OSU Bariatric Program was and is first class. From my very first informational meeting to the annual check ups have been nothing short of an exceptional experience and the very best care!! I have guided several people over these years to the OSU Program find out through their own investigation and experience with OSU to make a good and comprehensive decision for their own health and needs!
