UNPROFESSIOANAL! Cancelled our load the day of the pickup, just because they had a closer truck! Messed our whole week up! WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK WITH THEM. BEWARE!!!! YOUR LOAD IS NOT GUARANTEED!
Low-paying loads, sketchy shippers. They don't seem to know what they're selling. Do not honor terms of RC: in my situation they do not want to pay TONU. Broker (Meet Patel) makes promisses and then disappear. The company and comunication are weird. The possitive reviews looks suspicious for me espasialy regarding my broker. Maybe just I am unluky... Don't waste your time and money.
I had a load booked with them just last week. Truck drivers, dispatchers, please avoid this brokerage at all costs especially if you are booking a load with Victor Patel, Sunny Patel, Nirav Patel, the whole team. First problem is that they will distract your driver constantly with texts/calls asking for some pictures while he is driving and will not stop bothering you unless you provide them, no matter the time cost and safety issues. Unbelievable behavior. An individual repeatedly called us more than 10 times from different phone numbers, speaking in broken English and demanding an immediate COI for a load that had already been safely delivered. We have repeatedly explained that the COI is issued by our insurance provider, not by us, and that he must allow time for the insurance company to process the request. However, according to his reasoning, we should somehow be responsible for the insurance personnel not responding faster to provide the certificate... read more
