Unbelievable behavior. An individual repeatedly called us more than 10 times from different phone numbers, speaking in broken English and demanding an immediate COI for a load that had already been safely delivered. We have repeatedly explained that the COI is issued by our insurance provider, not by us, and that he must allow time for the insurance company to process the request.
