Great communication, helpful in working through issues that come up. Willing to pick up the phone and have a conversation, which is rare these days.
Don't recommend to work with this broker. Disgusting service. Sold the load which was never existed. My driver spent 7 hours at the facility and never got loaded, they just promised all the time that they would load him shortly. They also rejected to pay TONU and detention and just disappeared
