I have gone to Deb for years for my taxes. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time with me to educate me. Definately recommend!
I used Deb for 11 years, until recently I got an IRS demand letter for over $500.00 due to her software error. When confronted with this information Deb has become unavailable for phone calls, e-mails, and has not responded via mail. I inquired about her E/O insurance which would cover a financial burden if it were her mistake. She claimed she did have this insurance, but then had to abruptly end the phone call.
