With the wet season almost here, we realised we had left starting our driveway work way too late! Called up Ostojic and Simon and Jake were about to deliver us a LOT of recycled road base at really short notice. The driver was super polite and arrived right on the scheduled time.
You're encouraged by management to not comply with basic legislation around the transport industry so KPI's are met. Not being able to keep operators does not help their cause.
