This attorney is extremely incompetent. I was in a lease (only bc I was turning 18 that summer) with my mom that ended, and we began paying month to month without signing a new lease. Well my home was broken into the second month after paying month to month and my mom moved out(I was in college, not staying at home)...I later found that he added 1900$ in debt to my credit claiming that I was STILL in a lease and he claimed that I was also served. I co rented an apartment through IREMCO. When I moved out both the roommate and I signed documents taking me off the lease agreement. I even left the deposit on the apt. The roommate was evicited TWO YEARS LATER. Thomas Osterholt was the attorney hired by IREMCO. He and his office filed the rent and possession in my name as well. I did not know they mistakenly included me until I was denied a rental property in 2011 because of it.
