I’m so pleased and fortunate to have found Osteostrong Wilmington! Justin and Candace are super knowledgeable and dedicated to helping people be healthy and strong. I have not been exercising like I should for the last 2 years. I recently turned 65 and I know the importance of strong bones as we get older. A friend told me about OsteoStrong, she said that she had trouble getting up from a low chair and because she has been going to OsteoStrong, she now has strength in her legs and has no problem getting up.
