I’ve been an Osteostrong client for almost a year now. Candace and Justin make the workout fun. I’m so grateful I can safely work on strengthening and building bone without the risk of injury.
I have been going to OsteoStrong for almost two years. I love using the equipment and working with Justin and Candace. Along with medication and a healthy diet, I feel attending OsteoStrong has made a big improvement in my bone density. I’m so pleased and fortunate to have found Osteostrong Wilmington! Justin and Candace are super knowledgeable and dedicated to helping people be healthy and strong. They explain the reasons behind the exercises and machines with patience and humor. Not only have I noticed significant changes in my strength, but just received my DEXA scan results and in a year went from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia!!! I’m beyond happy!!!
