Staff is knowledgable and supportive. I've been going to my weekly sessions for 2 years now. My Dexa scan shows good Bone Density improvement. No bone density medications! I am stronger, have better posture & balance. Even though it's 30-40 minute ride, the simple workout is wonderful! I really enjoy the facility and feeling so much healthier!
Becoming an OsteoStrong member and working on my bone health each week has been very beneficial to me. It is my Happy Hour! Everyone is very friendly. The OsteoStrong coaches are very caring and clearly interested in each individual’s progress. It is managed very well and is very clean. I highly recommend becoming a member. The modalities are phenomenal as well.
