Excellent staff! I stopped in for their biocharger service (as they are the only business that has one in the local area) I stayed for their hydromassage chair and a second biocharger session. During my time there I witnessed the numerous happy clients come in for their sessions and saw their review wall which is full of raving reviews. I'm not 100% sure what they offer, almost like 15minute 1on1 private personal training focus on bone density, I'd like to return and learn more. I love OsteoStrong in Westfield! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and encouraging. I look forward to going every week! Besides the machines, I highly recommend the red light room and the massage chair! I can’t wait to see my new bone density levels next year!
Live with Fibriomyalgia, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and this place has given me back some of my physical strength in 10 months. From not being able to lift a cup of coffee☕️ to picking up the food pot 🥘, priceless. Also, lowered meds and feeling the energy boost I so wanted. The team at Westfield are just amazing people.
