I have been a member of Osteostrong for a little over a year. As someone who has suffered with long-term back pain, Osteostrong has been a tremendous part of my weekly routine. Each week, I complete the 4 machine circuit, which allows me to track my progress. I try to use the Vasper machine 3 times a week if I can. It has definitely improved my cardio, muscle mass, bone density, and overall health. I gave 30 day notice in May of last year that I was leaving and they charged my credit card for 5 more months totaling $995.00. I have spoke to several people and they keep passing the buck. I was given a number for a Yvonne who is the only person who can handle which most of the time her voicemail is full and when I have made contact she says remind me again what this is about and I will get back to you which doesn't happen. I gave a one star rating because I cant post without doing so.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Ana & she was incredibly kind and sweet. Get this girl a raise! She is amazing!
I am disabled due to spinal surgeries. My wife has to drive me because I don't drive, so I decided to sign her up as well. I called and tried to cancel my wife's and my membership due to continuing spinal difficulties and surgeries. Yet they still charged my wife and I another month which they stated they would put a stop on the pending payment. I call now and get hung up on and get broken promised return calls.
I love going to Osteo Strong I have experienced my strength and balance improvement. The staff is caring and very friendly.
