Thank you, Osteostrong! I am a physician, and I have been going to Osteostrong weekly for a year and my bone density score in my total hip improved going from -1.5 to -1. The neck portion of my hip improved going from -2.4 to -2.1 and my spine improved going from -3.4 to -3.0. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2023. My doctor suggested Osteo Strong as an alternative to medication. I went from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia in one year! It really works and the staff is the best! I highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this place. It was crowded, the guide was quoting misinformation about the non-spectrum devices, and I got injured. He stated that the red lightroom used red lights at a 440 nanometer range, which is impossible because only blue light is 440 nanometers. When I questioned him on this, he said he'd have to check the manual. So why are you claiming things that you are not sure of? I am absolutely astounded by the difference in my strength and posture and I’ve only been doing this for about 5 to 6 weeks. I’m very excited to see in a year the difference in my bone density! I actually look forward to doing this every week even though it’s quite a long drive for me. I feel refreshed and revitalized afterwards.
