I am absolutely astounded by the difference in my strength and posture and I’ve only been doing this for about 5 to 6 weeks. I’m very excited to see in a year the difference in my bone density! I actually look forward to doing this every week even though it’s quite a long drive for me. I feel refreshed and revitalized afterwards.

Walked into the Wildwood/Villages location to gather information. The location manager was at the desk. She handed me a brochure, asked how I heard of them and asked to set an appointment. That is all! While she was pleasant - and the fount area seemed staffed but not busy, she gave me no information that I could not have already read online to educate me about their process.
