This place is amazing. Great instructors that are knowledgeable and encouraging. I love Nicole. She has helped me be inspired to not just come there once a week to strengthen my bones but to work out through the week. Everyone there you will love.

Years ago, I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. I have had countless vertebrae fractures and other fractures. I never wanted to take the medication because I know they’re not good for you. I heard about OsteoStrong and I started about three months ago. I love it. I feel so much stronger and more stable. I know it is making me stronger and healthier After each visit. I would definitely recommend it, I have recommended it to many of my friends.
Joining Osteostrong is one of the best health decisions I have ever made. It is also the best 15-20 minutes I've spent working on my bone strength. It is a great tool for my bone growth and my balance.
