10 minutes, once a week. I can't believe how easy this is, and my bones and muscles are getting stronger with each session. I have a hard time sticking to a routine, but the fact that the program is only 10 minutes, once per week, it makes it easy to incorporate into my busy schedule. Years ago, I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. I have had countless vertebrae fractures and other fractures. I never wanted to take the medication because I know they’re not good for you. I heard about OsteoStrong and I started about three months ago. I love it. I feel so much stronger and more stable. I know it is making me stronger and healthier After each visit. I would definitely recommend it, I have recommended it to many of my friends.
