I have been going to Osteostrong in Oakville, on Telegraph Road, for about two years and I love it! I joined mainly to help regain my balance issues, caused in part to the many medications I take, as well as the many health issues and illnesses I have. At the time I started, I had not taken any exercise classes or done any ‘formal’ workouts for a very long time. Can't say thank you enough to Jonny and the Osteo team for all thier help. During and after my cancer treatments Jonny has been with me every set of the way to help me recover and stay strong throughout the whole process. After finally completing treatment and being in remission they are still helping me with recovery, gaining strength and overall health improvements. Amazingly kind people and knowledgeable!

Great place love the staff! They really do care and want you to succeed in reaching your goals! Would highly recommend giving osteostrong a try if your looking to improve your strength and overall health! Another great thing is if you are a united healthcare advantage member on Medicare they cover some of the cost that's a plus!
