I couldn't imagine how this 20 minutes would make a difference. After about 4 months I definitely felt stronger and my balance was much better. I'm a few months away from 2 years with continued improvement and plan on continuing with OsteoStrong. I changed to UHC because they pay part of the monthly fee!
I’ve been going to Osteostrong for more than five years. I love the staff, very friendly, helpful and most important my bone density got better No more osteoporosis !
I have been attending sessions at OsteoStrong Telegraph since 2018. I feel stronger and more confident in body at age 80. My United Health Care Medicare Advantage covers part of cost.
Fairly new with Osteostrong.... I developed osteoporosis from a medication I was prescribed and decided to seek alternative options to address my bone health, as opposed to introducing more medicine into my life with further potential side effects. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Next door at Body Analytics I received an scan to chart where my bones were in terms of loss. I have been with Osteo Strong for 3 and half years and couldn’t say enough great things. Wonderful, caring staff that explains each and every step. It has helped my overall health, as well as my bone density.
