I have been a member for 3 years and it is one of the best things i have done for my health and for myself. I have strengthened my spine and have gone from osteoporosis to osteopenia. The staff is great too!

This place is fascinating! Learning about what the machines measure & the natural modalities that promote healing on the cellular level & reduce inflammation was very interesting. Building bone strength, health & balance is important to everyone, aging to athlete & everyone in between. The owner, coaches & even fellow patrons have all been so pleasant to interact with. Truly a unique gem in many ways & I highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their health, strength & balance.
