Osteostrong is a warm and friendly place where you can build bone strength in just 15 minutes a week. I highly recommend it.
The OsteoStrong staff are the best. Everyone that has helped me (23 weekly sessions so far) has taught me something I didn’t know & do new exercises on the vibration plate for great variation.
