When I started this my mentor was a new employee. I felt good after my first visit for about ten minutes. I didn't notice that I was developing double vision.. long story short. Osteostrong is a warm and friendly place where you can build bone strength in just 15 minutes a week. I highly recommend it.
The OsteoStrong staff are the best. Everyone that has helped me (23 weekly sessions so far) has taught me something I didn’t know & do new exercises on the vibration plate for great variation. Most importantly coaching is both motivating, educational & safe. Team names are Chelsey, Tiffany, Kirith, Jennifer, Darian & Todd
Wonderful trainers. Do OsteoStrong instead of pills. All my bone scans have improved.
