Osteostrong Sioux City has been a game changer for me. I have been going for 13 months and just got my dexa results back. I have significant improvement in all areas! I went from osteoporosis in two areas to osteopenia and the third area was almost back to “normal” range. Michael and Amber are encouraging and really care about you. OsteoStrong has changed my life. A friend encouraged me to join so I did. After the first session I knew this program was for me!! My knees are so much stronger. I can get up from a chair without that nagging pain. Coming up the stairs from the basement carrying a laundry basket without needing the handrail is an amazing improvement! I have been with Sioux City OsteoStrong within a few months after it opened. I studied and liked following the science behind the system of working with each machine. Consistency with any system gives results.don’t “give up” too quickly. At 71, I believe that between these machines, a balanced (not perfect) eating plan, and light-moderate resistance exercise my results have been exactly where the need to be. I have lost NO height and my dexascans have remained stable.
