I've been going to Osteostrong for about a month. I hope to build stronger bones and muscles. At each session the friendly staff makes sure I am in proper position to do each movement. I have not had sore muscles or joints afterwards. So far so good!
I’m so glad my doctor recommended Osteostrong for my severe osteoporosis. I’ve only been going about 6 weeks but am feeling stronger already. Suzanne and Jeremy are wonderful and take the time to create a safe, friendly atmosphere and explain how everything works. I truly feel that these weekly visits, plus regular exercise and good nutrition are putting me on a great track to regaining my bone health.
