So lucky I found this this place, it's like a little oasis. I feel so taken care of, Tracy and the staff are pretty amazing, quite knowledgable and supportive in the healing journey, especially my journey with osteoporosis. I'm in an out in 15 mins, longer if I chat and absorb the great energy :). I'd highly recommend

My mom is loving her experience at Osteostrong in Rockville Centre! The staff members are so professional, kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Because she feels so safe in their hands she no longer fears hurting herself. She is approaching eighty years old and since going has noticed her energy levels increasing which has given her more confidence. I have been going to Osteo Strong, Rockville Center for almost two years and my osteopenia was reversed due to this program. Tracey is extremely knowledgeable and has help me obtain a healthy lifestyle. The office has a welcoming atmosphere and a does not try to sell you anything - they are there to help. Highly recommend. 5 plus stars

I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis years ago and after being on medication and it not helping I didn’t want to go back on medications. The doctors were trying to push me to take these new medications that had so many side effects. I started researching alternative ways to help and came across OsteoStrong. I am so glad I found Tracy and OsteoStrong in Rockville Centre. Since I’ve been doing OsteoStrong every week I feel stronger and I’m hoping my next bone density will show good results.

I began going to OsteoStrong at Pure and Simple health in November of 2019. I am 53 years old and had been diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago. I wanted to avoid going on medication so I began researching alternatives. I joined OsteoStrong in Rockville Centre, and it was the best decision!
