I have definitely made a good choice. Osteostrong!! I am getting stronger with each visit and at the same time my bone quality is improving. I first discovered Osteostrong from a book called “Rebuild Your Bones”. The author highly recommends joining Osteostrong. My journey started here at Osteostrong Riverside Mission Grove, almost a year ago. I am going to continue my membership, it is a must. The staff is wonderful and the resistance machines that help you gain bone mass are challenging but keep you focused on doing better with each visit. The cost per visit is minimal for the results that you can/will obtain. I would highly recommend OsteoStrong to family and friends!
