I started this program to improve my bone health, density and strength. Over the last 6 months I have definitely made steady progress in improved strength, with computerized calculations on their equipment verifying this. It is a once a week program & I am still amazed at how awesome the specialized equipment at Osteostrong is to only require that amount of time to see progress! I learned about OsteoStrong 4 months after I had fractured my wrist. I've been going weekly for nearly two years and find the appointments to be simple and take less than 1/2 hour. The experience is a little like going to a spa! I feel good about taking control of my health. My bones are getting stronger and I have learned the importance of getting sufficient protein and doing strength training. Decreasing bone density comes with aging but with OsteoStrong you can fight back!

I can’t say enough great things about OsteoStrong Rancho Cordova! Aaron and Vanessa Provencal are absolutely amazing — they’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about their members’ progress. The sessions are quick but incredibly effective. The OsteoStrong Education Series was informative, inspiring and empowering! The presenters do a wonderful job explaining complex topics like bone density, muscle strength and posture in simple, practical terms. Every session is thoughtfully designed-clear and engaging.
