AWESOME PROGRAM! So much benefit for so little time spent!! (15 minutes once per week and you are monitored every time on every machine). I have full blown osteoporosis and OsteoStrong is a great alternative to drugs and shots to help improve bone density & health. The optional modalities offered are an added bonus for relaxation and health. Atmosphere is light and clean and the wonderful “happy” Staff are very attentive & accommodating!!

I have been an OsteoStrong member for about 3 months, and I've loved it since I first set foot inside the door. The facility is attractive, very clean and bright, and the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and very upbeat. We are supervised every minute on the machines, which take only about 10 min. to complete. Then there are additional modalities available for varying levels of extra charge. I have had Osteoporosis for the past ten years and needed to do something different. So I went off my meds and joined Osteo Strong in Aug 2023. After being on the program for one year, I decided to get a bone density scan. My T-score improved from -2.5 to -2.1. I now have Osteopenia. My risk of a major fracture went down from 18% to 11%.
