Osteo Strong Palos Verdes helped change my life. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I stopped riding my bike for fear of falling and breaking something. OsteoStrong is an amazing skeletal-strengthening healthy center where I can work on building bone density without taking drugs. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Plus, there are other modalities like Red Light Therapy and Hydro-massage that make a weekly visit extra worthwhile.
