The staff is outstanding, every individual trained to guide its members through each of the work-out machines which give out readings and bar graphs that measure improvement. At OsteoStrong, we also share our experiences and tips with one another as we work for better health outcomes. Truly, this state-of-the-art facility combines the best of high-tech with the personal attention the staff gives each member!
Unique. No sweat no waiting and Knowledgeable staff that is client focused assists and instructs the proper use of equipment. Each visit is 45 minutes to an hour if you use all of their modalities. Results increased strength and improved bone density score! It’s a very enjoyable way to improve health markers.

Honestly, I've only had 4 sessions so far so it's hard for me to gauge any improvement but each time I go the staff points out that I'm improving so that's good. The staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome from the initial walk through. They are encouraging and make sure I'm doing all the machines correctly. It's nice that they go through it with you step by step and explain in great detail. The 15 minutes sessions are quick and easily fit into my weekly routine.
I have been going to Osteostrong in Regency for just about 2 years now, ever since being diagnosed with osteopenia. I was excited to find there was a drug-free option to improve bone density. My goal is to gain bone density so I am no longer osteopenic, but even just maintaining my density would be great! The staff are all very friendly and well trained.
