I go through the bone building circuit once a week. Its been a few. months and I have already noticed better posture and over-all strength and power. My balance has improved as well. I look forward to my next bone scan to see if I have moved out of osteopenia!
I run quarterly Bone Scan clinics through SonoHealth of Ca at OsteoStrong in Tustin. Every time I'm there, the studio is clean and organized, the staff is very welcoming, and the members who get bone scans are always so happy about their results. Most of them say they're not taking the bone medications either! I will definitely recommend this program to anyone asking about drug-free ways to increase bone density.
The people there are all so nice and I feel like it is really helping with my strength.
I started at Osteostrong Tustin six weeks ago and really like it. The staff is super friendly, helpful and encouraging. Most weeks I hit my targets on the machines and then choose two "modalities" (extras). I like the massage options; it's a great way to relax. I was also able to get a REMS bone scan here as well, and will get another in six months so I'll be able to see if I've improved my numbers. I highly recommend Osteostrong.
Facility is awesome and a super option for building stronger bones and a healthy body. Eddie is a great coach!
