July 2025: I started going to OsteoStrong about a year and a half ago after a diagnosis of osteoporosis. My functional medicine doctor suggested it in lieu of immediately going the pharmaceutical route. The results of my DEXA Scan after my first year showed an average increase in my T-score of about 4%. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at 56. I started coming to Osteostrong and my bones are much stronger! Everyone is very nice, encouraging and helpful. Can’t wait for my next DEXA and REMS scan to see how much I’ve improved due to Osteostrong!

I've been going to Osteostrong weekly for nearly 1.5 years. I can definitely feel that my body is stronger. The staff are very helpful. You can also add on a 10-20 min or so session with the BioCharger. I had not heard of this before coming to Osteostrong, but I certainly believe it works! I discovered at an orthopedist visit that I had the beginnings of arthritis in my right knee, which is why it was giving me pain and sometimes buckling on me. May 2025 will be the celebration of my third year coming to OsteoStrong - first in Durham and now in Raleigh. Yes, I drive to Raleigh every Thursday for this as it (and the people here) is the highlight for my body and for me. It has helped me in every facet of my life & definitely in my strength, balancing and reduction of osteopenia. Cannot recommend this and the people who work here enough they’re all fantastic people!come check it out.
