I love going to Osteo-Strong once per week and have been doing so for three years now. Molly & all the employees are so helpful and friendly. I've definitely gotten stronger and I look forward to seeing more positive results in my next dexa scan.
May 2026 will be the celebration of my 4th year coming to OsteoStrong every week - first in Durham, where I live, and now in Raleigh. Yes, I drive to Raleigh every Thursday for this as it (and the people here) is the weekly highlight for my body and for me. I have been coming once a week to Osteo Strong the last 6 months. This month I was due for my two year bone density test and received great news after the test. All of my scores were down meaning Osteo Strong was doing its job. I will continue to come once a week and enjoy the benefits of stronger bones and making a true difference in myself. 2 years ago I took a slight fall that fractured my wrist. This led to surgery and PT. I soon discovered on Google, AlgaeCal and Osteostrong-which I promptly started. I received a text from my MD. “I’m so proud of you! Your new DEXA came back normal. Keep doing what you’re doing!” I have gone from osteoporosis to normal bone scan in 2 years!!!
