The science behind this is very interesting. The owner is a great guy and you can tell he is passionate about fitness and strength training. Loved my sessions here and also learned a lot.
I love Osteostrong! I feel it is improving my balance and I feel stronger. I’ve been to several locations this past year and can’t say enough about how much I recommend all of them. Aliel at Mercer Island made sure I used the equipment correctly, lead me in stretching, and was welcoming to me as a guest. My membership is out of Spring Branch/Houston and Jamie and his staff there are great. Jamie has been so helpful arranging for guest visits when I traveled to CT and Dallas also. Worth every penny!!
I Love OsteoStrong! Staff is incredible. My strength keeps increasing every visit. As my strength has increased I have been feeling more energetic which helps make self-care better. This gives me hope. They are really attentive and work with me the whole time always watching to make sure I am using each machine properly. I drive from Tacoma to Mercer Island and it is worth it..
This is a top-notch program, scientifically backed to produce results. The owners are very attentive, helpful and accommodating if you need to take a break for surgery, etc. I appreciate Brent's attention to detail and form when I do each machine and I always feel great after the 10-minute routine. Never experiencing any unpleasant after-effects or soreness is a real bonus.
Osteostrong has been a fundamental part of reshaping my body and improving my health. Can’t say enough good things about it and the people who work there! Amazing.
