I started with Osteostrong to see about a referral source for my clients. However, I became a member and my bones and updated scans and Osteostrong tests show definite gains. So glad I did. It is convenient, effective, and a fun wellness community.
It has been such an adventure learning about new ways to strengthen my bone health through strength training with Osteostrong & osteo loading. After being told I had advanced osteopenia in parts of my body & heading straight for osteoporosis, I realized I would not be able to continue with all of the exercise I enjoyed. This is a really nice business. The employees are friendly and the owner is knowledgeable and kind. My bones have quit sliding downhill and have shown some improvement in the last year. I feel that OsteoStrong has made a difference for me.
