Beautiful facility; great staff: friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. I don’t pretend to understand how this works, but I’m in my mid-seventies and in less than two years I went from osteoporosis to osteopenia. I call that winning!
I am new to Osteo Strong - started in April’26. I think it’s a great place not only to strengthen my bones but to improve my overall health. I like the place, the modalities offered in addition to main bone training, the help and support of the personnel’s team. I hope my health goals will be reached in the nearest future.
Osteostrong has helped me tremendously in getting my strength back and reducing back and joint pain. Ryan and his staff are positive and supportive. And eager to explain the new science that support this method and the other things they offer. If you are struggling with maintaining strength as you age this is well worth checking out.
