After going to OsteoStrong for 17 months, my bone mass was significantly higher!!!!!! I am so pleased to have these results in such a short time!!!!! I’m definitely on a great path!!!!
Coaches are friendly and know routine use of machines as well as lately increasing the individual challenges.
When I began the bone-strengthening regime, I had no idea that, a year and a half later, I would need a hip replacement. Was the strength of my bones at least a partial explanation for my quick recovery? I don’t know but suspect so. Certainly the recovery regimen I availed myself of helped the healing. This place is so much more than just the services, however; the trainers and other clients form a community that is supportive and caring.
Can’t say enough good things about Greg and the staff at Osteostrong. I have been doing this since they opened, with the exception of Covid. I feel very strongly that this is my passage to living a better life. I am hoping to remain active in my remaining years and I know this is key to achieving my goal. I love it.
I've been coming to Osteostrong for 2.5 years. I had my normal 2 yr screening and my #'s improved in all areas. I moved from osteoporosis to osteopenia in all tested areas except one but even improved in that area. I love coming. The coaches are great and everyone is very friendly. You share your story and others share theirs. I've recommended it to all friends with osteoporosis.
