Unprofessional, unorganized, does not care about their customers, general bad attitudes from the first time I came in, this is basically a gossip hub for ritzy older women that enjoy taking care of themselves and acting snobby. The equipment is great, the people running the business are not.
Had the pleasure of meeting Rachelle and learning about all of the amazing services offered here. We got to experience the Biocharger and feel the amazing energizing effects. I loved the sprints with the cold compression- no soreness the next day, which actually surprised me given the burn I got in my quads during the sprints. Rocket science in Overland Park!
