OsteoStrong is a fabulous place. All the great equipment for Balance and strengthening of your bones are awesome HyDRO massages are wonderful and the staff is great. Kelsey and Matthew are the best Great experience.
Osteostrong is an important part of building back stronger bones and overall strength. Over the past 10 months, weekly sessions have been carefully coached and progress is measured. The team is very caring and knowledgeable about health and rebuilding bone density. Also, getting the REMS ultrasound style bone study was very encouraging compared with the old style DEXA test from my annual physical. I am fairly new to the Osteostrong program and off to a good start with my bone health. Excited to see my progress with time! I have osteopenia and I have recently completed my fourth session at the River oaks location. I have been getting stronger with each visit. Kelsey is an amazing coach and I really love the one on one personal attention and training.
